VOLUNTEERS
We believe that everyone has gifts that can strengthen the Kingdom of God
GET INVOLVED
Volunteer
At YWAM Seville we believe that each person has something valuable to contribute to the Kingdom of God. As a volunteer, you will be part of our community while serving with your gifts and skills. Being at a pioneering stage, there are many opportunities to help build, grow and make a significant difference.
Whether you are looking for a short-term missionary experience or are considering a long-term call, we would love to meet you.
Opportunities
Mission Builders in YWAM Seville can serve in different areas depending on the current needs of the base, projects, personal skills, previous experience, and the ministry season. Some opportunities may include:
- Support in cooking, cleaning, maintenance and practical projects
- Participation in local events and ministries.
- Collaboration in administrative or creative tasks.
- Support in community or logistical activities.
Not all volunteers will serve in the same area. We value flexibility, humility and a heart willing to serve. Together we will look for the area where your gifts best align with the needs of the ministry, so that this is a meaningful experience for both you and our community.
The duration of volunteering is 1 to 6 months.
Community Life
One of the most significant parts of serving at YWAM Seville is community life. This is not simply a place to volunteer – it is a place to grow, serve, and share everyday life together.
Our weekly rhythm includes: Worship and prayer, shared meals, community meetings. We believe that God transforms people deeply through daily obedience, authentic relationships, and serving together.
Expectations
YWAM promotes a healthy environment. Mission Builders are expected to take care of their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and may request support if needed. It is fundamental to have an active relationship with God and an open attitude toward spiritual growth.
